CONVENTIONAL AUGER  SERIES

THE NEW CX2 SERIES OF CONVENTIONAL AUGERS FROM FARM KING ARE AVAILABLE IN LENGTHS OF
41', 51' AND 61' IN BOTH 8" AND 10" DIAMETERS.

The augers feature several enhancements to serviceability and stability and an expanded list of options. Several components have been standardized and redesigned to reduce repair and assembly time as well as to facilitate upgrades. The engine mount and leveling systems have been redesigned to ensure perfect belt tension at any auger position.

CONVENTIONAL AUGER Models 8", 10" and 13"

THE GEARBOX, FEATURING LEFT- OR RIGHT-SIDE DRIVE, IS POSITIONED TO ALLOW THE AUGER TO REACH DEEPER INTO THE BIN. THE DUCTILE CASTING HOUSES QUALITY OIL SEALS, BALL BEARINGS AND CASEHARDENED, FORGED GEARS, MEANING THE AUGER RUNS SMOOTHLY AND REQUIRES LESS POWER.

8", 10" and 13" models are available with an optional reverse shift gearbox. Double flighting intake has a brass bushing on all conventional auger intake guards. The narrow safety guard and removable clevis hitch improve access to bins with small auger ports. A storage bracket holds the clevis hitch when not in use.

BACKSAVER AUGER Models 10", 13" and 16"

THE FARM KING BACKSAVER AUGER IS DESIGNED BY THE PEOPLE WHO KNOW
AND UNDERSTAND YOUR GRAIN HANDLING NEEDS.

Farm King has been manufacturing BackSaver augers for more than four decades. The same principles used back then still apply today when choosing materials that go into every auger, grade A steel and functional design. Models range in lengths of 50 to 114 feet accompanied by 10, 13 and 16-inch tube sizes. A bridge-like support system allows the auger tubing and flighting to remain stable at all times including raising and lower of the auger. The hydraulic scissor lift resurrects the auger in virtually no time at all. When the spout is in the desired location, a safety hydraulic ball valve can be adjusted to ensure the augers stays when and where you want even in unpredictable weather. The recommended horsepower for peak operation ranges from 40-175 depending on auger size.

With 10", 13" and 16" diameter tubing by up to 114' length, the operator is able to move large quantities of grain in short periods of time. Transporting the auger has never been easier with a maximum transport height of 15'.

REMOTE SWING-AUGER Electric / Hydraulic 10", 13", 16" models

THE NEW LINE OF ELECTRIC POWER MOVERS FROM FARM KING ALLOWS REMOTE POSITIONING OF THE SWING AUGER HOPPER AND REMOTE OPERATION OF THE SWING TRANSPORT HOIST.

The system is 100% electric and with no hydraulic flow required the hoppers can be positioned for use or lifted into transport position without the need to start and idle the tractor first. The remote boasts a range of 300+ feet, and can operate in extreme weather, heat and cold. The mover’s drive motors mount to the hopper body itself, putting the weight of the self-leveling hopper and the grain on the tires for excellent traction. Each drive motor is independently driven so both tires will always have equal power applied. The supplied halogen work light powers on automatically with any hopper movement. The hopper operating and home positions can be preset by the user; the hopper will move to the location and then stop automatically.

UNLOADING AUGER

FARM KING UNLOADING AUGERS TRANSFER GRAINS AND OILSEEDS MUCH FASTER THAN CONVENTIONAL UTILITY AUGERS AND REACH WHERE NORMAL PORTABLE AUGERS CAN'T.

The hopper of the unloading auger ts under hopper bottom bins and hopper trailers for fast and easy unloading. The weight is evenly distributed at the pivot wheels for optimum stability and balance; one person can easily move the unloading auger into position.

AUGER MOVER

AVAILABLE FOR THE 8" AND 10" CX2 AUGER LINEUP.

The completely redesigned mover incorporates power steering, hydraulic scissor lift for the intake, sport tread tires, hydraulic winch for auger height adjustment, improved engine mount and leveling systems and longer reach on the intake tube. Many parts have been standardized across the models and the kit is designed for ease of assembly, ease of operation and high maneuverability.

BOLT-ON HOPPER

The self-leveling Bolt-on Hopper adds versatility and convenience to your Farm King auger by giving you a powered intake hopper. The hopper is powered by the rotation of the existing auger core - no new drive mechanisms are needed. With a total reach now extended to approximately 108", this hopper allows you to cleanly collect the discharge of gravity wagons, grain carts, hopper bottom bins, grain trucks, highway grain trailers and more with no spillage, and no need to wrestle with removable hoppers.
